All content, systems, methodologies, software, tools, calculations, workflows, data structures, visualisations, logic models, educational material, and functionality made available through Loan Therapy are the exclusive intellectual property of ADG Group Enterprises Pty. Limited (trading as Loan Therapy), unless otherwise stated.

This includes, without limitation:

  • Custom software code (front-end and back-end)
  • Algorithms, calculations, and modelling logic
  • Planning frameworks and behavioural analysis methods
  • User interface design, dashboards, and visual outputs
  • Educational content, explanations, scripts, and walkthroughs
  • Platform structure, workflows, and sequencing
  • Documentation, written materials, and proprietary processes

These materials are protected under Australian copyright law, international copyright conventions, and other applicable intellectual property laws.


Permitted use

Access to Loan Therapy is granted for personal, non-commercial use only, strictly in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform
  • Extract, scrape, or reuse data, logic, calculations, or outputs
  • Republish or redistribute content or system outputs
  • Use any part of the platform to create derivative works, competing services, or advisory tools
  • Allow third parties to access or use the platform through your account

Any unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution constitutes a breach of copyright and may result in legal action.


No transfer of rights

Use of Loan Therapy does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you. All rights, title, and interest remain solely with ADG Group Enterprises Pty. Limited.


Monitoring and enforcement

We reserve the right to monitor platform usage to protect our intellectual property, systems, and users. Any misuse, attempted replication, or unauthorised access may result in immediate termination of access and further legal remedies.


Jurisdiction

This notice, and all matters relating to intellectual property and platform use, are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia. Any disputes must be brought before the courts of South Australia.
